•Walk-ins may be accepted during quieter periods or when we have cancellations. However, we do recommend booking to avoid disappointment.
•You don’t have to book an appointment for jewellery changes, removals, or troubleshooting. However, these services are time dependent, which means you will be seen between booked appointments. We cannot guarantee all jewellery change requests will be fulfilled.
•Payment must be made in full at reception prior to the commencement of the service.
•If the piercing is not performed or if a different piercing is done, any difference in value will be refunded or charged after the service.
•All bookings for intimate piercings will be charged a non-refundable 50% deposit for the whole booking. Your appointment will be confirmed only after the deposit is taken. A member of our team will contact you once your appointment request is received.
•All customers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All customers between the ages of 16 and 18 will be asked for photo ID, and ID is required for all intimate piercings (including nipple). If you do not have either of these original documents, please call the studio to discuss other options.
•Metal Fatigue’s age restrictions might differ from other studios. Please ensure you checked the age restrictions for the piercing you would like to have before booking.
•All piercings are performed at the piercer’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any piercings and/or appointment requests.
